Great place to live. Pretty quiet, ample parking, units in good condition (if a bit old). Staff is generally communicative and helpful. The complex feels safe, although some areas are poorly lit at night.

Aria is a beautiful property super close to ASU. I toured there with Megan and loved it. Such a great location.

I toured with Megan at Aria and she got me in right away and showed me multiple floor plans she was very thorough and answered all my questions.
