Having lived here for three years I genuinely love this property. It is very nicely located near ASU, there are bus stops right out on the street. There is a traffic light allowing safe left turns to go to campus. Karen the property manager and Brad the maintenance clearly take pride in the property. They have put up netting to keep the pigeon away from our patios. They are also taking on extra work duties after we had a water main break on the street. The pools are clean while open, the landscaping is well kept, the dog park is a surprising bonus! The BBQs at the front pool are an amazing amenity as I can BBQ when ever I want!

Ive been staying here for a year and every time I got a repair request the office responded speedily. 5 stars for the manager named Karen who runs the office extremely well!

We stay in the back of the apartment and had very horrible pigeon problems but Karen the new manager is pretty efficient when handling matters on the property and thank you for the nets for the pigeons they really make a big difference.

My visit was welcoming and friendly feeling as though you mattered. Thank your Karen for your caring nature.

I moved in a few months back and there has been an infestation of pigeons on my balcony. Thank you Karen for the having the anaclet netting put up. There has been no site of pigeons. Also wanted to say another thank you to Karen for being very kind, polite and professional. She went out of her way to help me and I know she has helped others. So a big thank you Karen for all do. You are appreciated.

I live in building D and they just put up netting to keep out the pigeons, and its working! there have been no pigeons since its been up; also because the net is thin you barely even notice its there. Thanks to the apartment manager Karen!

I just moved in and so far it is pretty nice. Karen was very polite and waa able to help me get an earlier than expected move in date. I place I clean has new appliances. I think it was a pretty good deal.

Susan is so efficient and understanding. She helps you understand your lease and points you in the right direction helping you in rough and tough times. Anaclet is also great help he makes sure the maintenance is up to par and very fast when work orders are put in. Great team
